Find the route that matches your application.

Country-specific and general IRCC estimates are separated so a country selection never appears to change a route that IRCC publishes Canada-wide.

REFERENCE ARCHIVE / UNITED STATES

Country-table anchors.

Older country-table captures extend the reference line back to 2018; the country table is not a complete weekly series.

Use the arrow keys to move between temporary-residence history values. Home selects the first value and End selects the latest.

Historical points are Wayback reference captures of IRCC’s JSON. Older country points use the archive capture date where IRCC did not publish a report date; live values remain the source of truth. IRCC processing-time page ↗ · official country feed ↗

▶ HOW TO READ THIS RADAR

FIELD NOTES / 01–05
01

SET YOUR LENS

Use FAMILY and REGION tags to compare only the lines that belong together. The bars rescale to the visible field.

02

CHOOSE A SIGNAL

WAIT ranks IRCC’s forward estimate. QUEUE ranks the approximate number of people waiting. Both values stay visible in each row.

03

PIN A LINE

Click any row to load its current readout, cohort lens, and historical signal. Switch rows to compare without losing your filters.

04

READ THE TREND

Open six or all archived snapshots to see direction. A bar is a published snapshot, not a guaranteed forecast.

05

KEEP THE SIGNAL FRESH

The radar checks for newer published values in the background and keeps the saved comparison data visible when a check is unavailable. Use SYNC SOURCE whenever you want to check again.

▶ FAQ

SHORT ANSWERS / DATA TERMS
What is the wait signal?

It is IRCC’s forward-looking processing-time estimate for a line of business. It is a directional service signal, not an individual case commitment.

What does the queue number represent?

The queue value is the approximate number of people waiting published in the source JSON. It is useful for scale comparisons, not a precise count of your position.

What is a cohort row?

A cohort row links a program to a month when applications were received. “People ahead” and the wait-time text describe what the source reports for that cohort.

Why is a historical bar missing?

Some lines were added, renamed, or absent in older snapshots. The radar keeps the gap visible instead of inventing a value.

Can I share a card?

Yes. Download or share the PNG, and keep the source date plus the visible community-visualization caveat with it. The card is not an IRCC publication.

Are the archive points a prediction?

No. They are saved observations of what IRCC published at different dates. They show movement in the public signal, not the outcome or timing of an individual file.
